I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for us to process your order, pack it up and ship it out to you.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

All orders ship from Mississauga ON.

Average transit times to the United States and within Canada: 5 – 20 business days
Average transit times to Mexico and beyond North America: 17 – 45 business days
Of course, there could be circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. Additionally, there may be circumstances or delays that our carriers may experience. For these reasons, we do not guarantee an exact delivery time. Once we've done our part in good faith and to the best of our ability, it's up to the carriers and the universe to ensure you get your gear on schedule.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may absolutely cancel your order with no penalty... BUT you must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to get a full refund. If the item(s) has already shipped, please email: Jonathan@Live-More.ca or contact us via our "Contact Us" page. We cannot recall a shipment once it is underway, so you will be responsible for receiving the item(s) you ordered and then returning them to us as per our "Returns Policy" if you still wish to do so.
